Lychee Martini

Ingredients:

50 ml Elements 8 Platinum Rum

50 ml Lychee Puree

12.5ml White Peach Puree

12.5ml Lychee Liqueur

10 ml Fresh Lemon Juice

10ml Simple Syrup

Champagne

Directions:

Place all ingredients except for champagne into a Boston glass, and shake hard over ice.  Double strain into a chilled cocktail martini glass.  Top with champagne.  Garnish with an edible flower.
