Rum Rangoon
This cocktail was created by bartending veteran Jim Meehan. The drink features strong tropical vibes that instantly transport your mind to fun, tropical destinations.
Ingredients:
2 oz. Banks 5-Island Rum
1/2 oz. Clément Creole Shrubb
3/4 oz. Lime Juice, Freshly Squeezed
1/4 oz. Martinique Sugar Cane Syrup
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Dash Angostura Orange Bitters
Garnish: Orange Wedge
Directions:
Add the rum, Creole shrubb, lime juice, sugar cane syrup, Angostura bitters and orange bitters into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, optionally rimmed with sugar.
Garnish with an orange wedge.
