This course is designed for production team leads, in charge of fermentation, distillation, aging & blending. The course includes hands-on fermentation and distillation practice, plus the additional topics:

The cost of the training includes course material, light breakfast (coffee, pastries) and lunch. Hotel and transportation are not included. We can provide a list of nearby hotels upon request.
