The Rum University at Rum Central
The Rum University offers private fermentation, distillation, aging and blending training at Rum Central's Distilled Spirit Plant. By appointment only, not open to the general public.
The cost of the training includes course material, light breakfast (coffee, pastries) and lunch. Hotel and transportation are not included. We can provide a list of nearby hotels upon request.
This is not a bar, there is no public tasting room, the services provided at this location are for the trade only.
