Please note that the last three Rum University Courses of 2013 will be taught in December in Round Rock, Texas, USA. Don’t miss this opportunity to experience the courses in a VIP setting, hosted by Rum University founders Luis and Margaret Ayala at their residence. In addition to all the material and training in the standard courses, attendees will be treated to special tastings of rare rums, a cigar pairing and the legendary hospitality of the Ayala's.
The courses are:
* The Art of Rum Making
* The History and Science of the Barrel
* The Art of Rum Blending
Space for these VIP courses is very limited and priority will be given to DSP license holders (for US-based attendees), followed by domestic and international technical industry members and finally non-technical industry members. VIP Courses include ground transportation (between airport, hotel and the Ayala's), hotel accommodations and most meals. Scroll to the bottom of this message for detailed information about each of the courses. These courses are NOT open to the general public.
We encourage members of the general public interested in learning more about rum to enroll in the following courses:
* The Classifications of Rum
* Rum Appreciation in the 21st Century
* Advanced Rum Tasting Techniques
For more information about these and other courses, please visit the Rum University Website at: www.RumUniversity.com.
Upon completion of the course, each student will receive an official Diploma from The Rum University. All Rum University courses are available as public and as private training in either Spanish or in English.
