Greenhead Mojito

Ingredients:

2 oz. Greenhead Spiced Rum

8 Fresh Spearmint Leaves

1/2 Lime

6 oz. Club Soda

2 tbsp. Simple Syrup (or 4 tsp. sugar)

Directions:

Gently muddle the mint leaves in a tall cocktail glass. Add simple syrup and lime to glass.  Fill with Ice. Add Old Ipswich Greenhead Spiced Rum and Club Soda. Stir cocktail until cold. Enjoy!
